We Sri Lankans have always been 'talking big' instead of 'doing big.' Long time ago in early '70s, there was this big talk of commissioning Asia's biggest condensed milk factory in Polonnaruwa. A new brand of condensed milk was introduced as 'Perakum' after the importation of 'Milkmaid' was stopped.
